Atlantis is good, and kids will love it, but it doesn't achieve greatness.. Paul is arguably the best science fiction comedy since Galaxy Quest.. It's more than occasionally cute, if less than consistently clever.. This is not quite enough of a conceit to sustain a full-length movie -- Paul would have made a terrific short film -- but there are incidental pleasures all along the way..
